How to Help
Engage
Jesus said to go and make disciples, and that means engaging people with His message. Sometimes that involves conversation, and other times it involves actions. Some people need to see Jesus working through us before they can understand His message.
Evangelize
Baptism that Jesus refers to is the act of being immersed in water to symbolize the change that has been made in a person's life when they become a follower of Him. Our part of that process is evangelism and sharing the Good News of Jesus. It really shouldn't be a process or a chore but it should be what shapes our everyday lives.
Equip
Teaching people to obey God's commands is the final part of the Commission. This is the equipping that happens every time we gather in Bible Study, and in our Sunday Service. But it doesn't end there. We are being equipped every time we open our Bible, worship God, and pray. Those are things that should happen with every Christian, every day.

You'll notice that we have something missing in our title. That's not a misspelling - it's our mission: "All that's missing is U." Our goal is to be a church where U are. To reach the people that may never step into a physical building, the people who may have fallen away, or the people who have been hurt by the church. We want share the message of Jesus so we can see it change U as it has changed us. There's also a cross embossed into the name. The cross represents Jesus's ultimate mission; to become the sacrifice for our sins. His death represents our eternal life.
Our goal, first and foremost, is to be followers of Jesus who want to live life according to his His Word, the Bible. Fortunately, that's not hard to do. Our guiding principle is the Great Commission:
"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
(Matthew 28:19-20)

Of course, there are many ways that the people of God need to serve as well. In time, we will develop "Be The CHRCH" opportunities. This might include feeding the homeless, helping students, or even a short-term mission trip. We would like to see each @Home group develop its own service opportunity as well.
We recognize that if we are focused on Jesus's mission and message, then we have to get together at times. Initially, we want to see small house groups develop that gather, and we call that CHRCH @Home. Your house, break room, or picnic table can become a hub where the community of faith meets. The beauty of the online teaching is that it's available any time and anywhere. We will make discussion guides available after our livestream to keep the conversation going.
According to the book "Planting Missional Churches" by Ed Stetzer and Daniel Im, missional means adopting the posture of a missionary. It means joining Jesus on mission, learning, and adapting to the culture around you, while remaining biblically sound.
REMI is an acronym used in the broadcast industry for Remote Model Integration and is sometimes called "at home" or "virtual" production. It involves multiple sites being brought together in a single broadcast, like sports announcers calling games from other states or even other countries.
Being REMIssional is using the technology to bring the Mission of Jesus to where people are. Into their home, work place, park, etc.. The Biblical context is found in the description of Paul in the city of Athens:
"So he reasoned in the synagogue with the Jews and with those who worshiped God, as well as in the marketplace every day with those who happened to be there." (Acts 17:17)
In our culture, the marketplace is online, and people are gathering on social media. A REMIssional church is God's people taking the message of Jesus to where people are gathered.
