Our Team

Jeff has a great love for the Word of God and has a particular interest in 1st Century life and culture. He believes that this helps the Bible come alive. He is committed to the Great Commission as the motivation for every church and every believer. His goal is to see Christians develop in real discipleship.

Pastor Jeff Chaves and his wife Peggy, have been married for 36 years. They have four children; two sons Jeffery and Dustin, and two daughters, Jessica and Grace. The oldest 3 children are grown and out of the house. Jeff and Peggy also spent time in the U.S. Army and returned to Las Vegas in 1990.

Jeff has worked in television before going into full time ministry. Jeff has served in church leadership for more than 25 years holding various positions. Previously he was the Pastor of the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, where he served for 12 years and Northpointe Community Church for 4 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education.

Peggy has worked in Christian television and has been producing and editing videos for churches since the early 1990's. She is also the President of Grace Pictures, Inc., a nonprofit organization, which CHRCH Online is a ministry of. Peggy has also worked in the health care industry for 16 years and she takes care of all the administrative functions for
CHRCH Online.

Peggy is married to Jeff, an ordained pastor and they have four children.

Grace is a homeschooled high school senior, and is the assistant news editor for NewReleaseToday.com. She also writes Bible study cirriculum for youth groups and families at IRL Resources. She's a fan of all things Christian music, and is heavily involved in the Christian music industry. Grace is the digital host and graphic designer for CHRCH Online.
